Cancellation Charge
In the event that there should be any cancellation after booking had been made, a notice in writing must be forwarded to WENDY TOUR SDN BHD. When notification of the cancellation is received by us in writing, the following cancellation fees will apply:
| *45 days or more prior to departure date | 50% of the total tour fare |
| *Between 44 till 16 days prior to departure date | 75% of the total tour fare |
| *Between 15 days till no show at the airport | 100% of the total tour fare |
After commencement of travel, NO-REFUND in full or in part will be given for services include in the program which are not utilized.
