JR East Pass (Tohoku Area)
The JR East Pass (Tohoku area) is a ticket that allows you to ride the train unlimited on all JR East trains in Kanto (Tokyo and beyond) and Tohoku (Miyagi, Akita, Yamagata, Iwate, Aomori, Fukushima). This ticket has a validity period of 14 days from the exchange day of the ticket in Japan, with a flexible 5-days usage period. This ticket can be used for limited express train and Tohoku shinkansen. This ticket is only valid for "Temporary Visitor" visa owners, and can be purchased in Japan but at a higher price.
