Prices

General Information

  1. Tour fare quoted base for twin or triple sharing basic.
  2. Tour fare quoted included: Accommodation, Airport transportation, Entrance fee and sightseeing tours as specified in the itinerary, Guide (Mandarin/ English Speaking)
  3. Tour Fare quoted excluded: Air ticket, airport taxes, personal expenses, travel insurances, guide tipping (JPY 500 per pax/ per day)
  4. Tour Fare quoted subject to change without prior notice.
  5. Booking confirmation subject to room availability.
  6. Tour itinerary may be changed / deleted subject to the traffic / weather conditions.
  7. Full payment is required prior to the date before arrival.
  8. This is quotation only, no reservation is made.
  9. 4~8 pax use private Van; 9~16 pax use private Micro Bus
  10. This package just cannot use on 2019 Japan Golden week season, Summer Holiday (August ~ September), Year End (20th ~ 31st Dec)

Payment Details

MODE OF PAYMENT:
1st Payment by   – RM1, 000 p/p with Application form and Passport copy
2nd Payment by  – 50% of tour fare- 60 days prior to departure date
3th Payment by   – full balance payment of tour fare-30 days prior to departure date

CANCELLATION CHARGE:
In the event that there should be any cancellation after booking had been made, a notice in writing must be forwarded to WENDY TOUR SDN BHD. When notification of the cancellation is received by us in writing, the following cancellation fees will apply:

*45 days or more prior to departure date 50% of the total tour fare
*Between 44 till 16 days prior to departure date   75% of the total tour fare
*Between 15days till no show at the airport           100% of the total tour fare

After commencement of travel, NO-REFUND in full or in part will be given for services include in the program which are not utilized.
